Warranty Policy for Cables
Definition of Warranty
Warranty is defined as Tripowin’s written commitment to repair or replace cables (and adapters) that prove faulty due to manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes issues arising from accidents, misuse, or any unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Period

Coverage: Tripowin provides a three‑month warranty for cables and adapters.

Start Date: The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.

Non‑Original Buyers: Non‑original buyers must provide the order number, along with personal contact details and shipping address, to determine the warranty claim’s validity.
Defective Products & Claim Process

What’s Covered: The warranty covers any factory defects that affect the proper functionality of your cables.

Exclusions: It does not cover defects caused by user error, improper installation, water damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

How to Claim:

Contact Support: Email support@tripowin.com with a clear subject line regarding your issue.

Provide Details: Include your order number and a detailed description of the defect.

Evidence: Attach photos and/or videos that clearly show the manufacturing defect. Additional evidence may be requested if necessary.

Assessment: After confirming that the fault is due to a manufacturing issue, Tripowin will offer a repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable). You may be required to return the defective unit for verification.

Shipping Costs:

For defects reported within the first 7 days upon delivery and proven with sufficient evidence, Tripowin will cover the shipping cost for the defective unit. Note that the replacement unit will be shipped only after the faulty unit is received.

If you opt for a full refund, the shipping cost will not be covered.

For claims made after 7 days, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the product to Tripowin for inspection, while Tripowin covers the repair/replacement and the return shipping (excluding any local tax, import, or processing fees).

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply when:

Damage is due to accidents, negligence, dismantling, water exposure, improper installation, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications.

The product is a prize item or from a giveaway.

The cable was purchased from a third‑party seller (i.e. not directly from Tripowin).

The product has normal wear and tear.
Limited Warranty Coverage

For heavily discounted items (i.e. 40% or more off the retail price) or review units, while repair services may still be provided for manufacturing defects, you will be responsible for any incurred shipping fees and potentially the repair costs. Tripowin will communicate any such costs after assessing the issue.
